Summer is coming to an end, but this gorgeous gal continues to serve up the fun both behind and in-front of the counter! The team polls came in and... 🎉🎉🎉 Congratulations to our August 2023 Employee of the Month - Bella! 🎉🎉🎉

Håfaloha just celebrated the Grand Opening of the Tumon, and there's no doubt that everyone had been and continues to be the best team players you could ask for! And during the build up Bella is only a few months shy of making a year here with the team at Håfaloha. Let's just start by pointing out that she loves her work; so much so that she makes her way to the store in Tumon all the way from down south in Inalajan! 💕 Nothing on Guam is truly far, but the distance won't keep this island girl away from sharing her welcoming spirit and supreme work ethic along with all her colleagues here at Håfaloha. It's no surprise that the Håfaloha Ohana chose her to shine.

"Yes, we come to work and get paid, but it doesn't feel like working. Håfaloha makes it feel like a second home. I've had other jobs, but working here sets the example," says Bella. 😉 She gleamed about her team, saying that even the big bosses will join the team for labor intense tasks. "It's like my coworkers have superpowers, they can read each other's minds and just know what areas they need to step in and assist with. Working here set the example, and we'll take this experience with us wherever we go in life!" says Bella.
