RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are completely satisfied with your recent purchase of håfaloha products, however, if you aren’t, no worries beef curry! ;-) Exchanging or returning your purchase is quick and hassle free.
Only products purchased directly from this website can be returned using the procedure described below. If you purchased your håfaloha products at a retail store or from another website, these products must be returned to the original store or site which they were purchased from.
håfaloha reserves the right to refuse the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure.
Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
You may return new, unworn or unused products within 30 days (or 14 days for sale items) from the date on which the products were shipped to you. Please contact Customer Services at sales@hafaloha.com for a refund receipt to include with the returned item (no items will be accepted for return without a refund receipt).
Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely and remember to include the refund receipt. All products must be returned to us unused and in its original condition. Please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned products and any refund may be withheld or a charge may be incurred if you fail to take such care and damage the products. If any products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact Customer Services by emailing sales@hafaloha.com
Please retain proof of postage, preferably with a tracking number, as håfaloha cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
